Registration:
In order to provide high quality personalized services, and to keep your information secure, we would like you to complete a simple registration process before making a booking. However, you can view the learning objectives we provide, and review tutors’ profiles, and check your tutor’s availability and rate before registration.

Book a lesson:
We offer a variety of learning objectives and services, and instruction is tailored by the tutors to the needs of each student. After having selected a learning objective and a suitable tutor, you will be able to see the tutor’s availability on the App and choose a time slot that is workable for you. Once a student chooses an open slot of a tutor and pays for the booking, the tutor will receive an e-mail and an App notification about the booking.

Cost of a lesson:
Since we offer a variety of learning objectives and services, and instruction will be tailored by the tutors to the needs of each student, we do not have standard pricing. Instead, we have invited tutors with various professional backgrounds to the platform, in order to provide high quality instruction to students who may have different language learning objectives. The tutors set their own prices, depending on their level of experience and qualifications and the services they offer. The prices are validated by BilingualPro according to market pricing. Students will be able to see a tutor’s rate before booking a session.

Participating in a lesson:
BilingualPro App was developed to offer language instruction services across borders and timezones, and our tutors are experienced in teaching students over internet video. You can choose to conduct instruction sessions over Skype or Zoom. If your tutors are based in the same town as you are, and choose to offer Meet-In-Person sessions, you are also able to meet with your tutors in person for the sessions.

Who are the tutors:
The quality of the language instruction service is incredibly important to our students, and therefore to us. We are dedicated to ensuring our tutors are the best, most professional experts available.

We have English and Chinese tutors on the platform. The English tutors are primarily based in the US and UK and speak English as their first language. Our Chinese tutors are native Chinese or Cantonese speakers. They are mostly based in China, the US and UK.
